CH/Atlas Ginbock Release
CH/Atlas Ginbock, a new gin distilled by CH from Atlas Brewing Company’s Maibock lager, will be officially released at Atlas Brewing Company 2747 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago on Friday, June 26th starting at 5 pm. Atlas will feature specialty cocktails with the spirit and serving the Ginbock side-by-side with their Maibock beer.

      CH Distillery distilled a Maibock from Atlas Brewing Company into a gin and will be serving that, the "CH/Atlas Ginbock" & tonics all week (Tuesday-Saturday) Chef Bobby is also coming up with a specialty 3-course menu incorporating gin/gin botanicals in each dish ($30). This will also be served all week.

      Join us for a walkthrough of our distillery, learn the history of liquors in Evanston and enjoy a generous tasting of our award-winning spirits.

      We offer our tours on Saturdays at 3 pm, or for groups of 8 or more at other times/days by appointment. We also have a special Fathers Day tour June 21 at 3pm. Tours cost $10 per person, which includes a tasting of spirits, and they typically last 60-90 minutes. We recommend reservations, as our tour group size is limited.
